Instow Barton provides friendly hospitality in its unique Devon Farmhouse.
Situated only minutes from Instow beach, it is within easy reach of both rural and coastal amenities. This comfortable accommodation consists of five bespoke designed bedrooms with ensuite facilities.
Breakfast at Instow Barton will set you up for the day. Breakfast comprises of Toast, marmalade, fresh fruit plate, yoghurt and homemade pastries, followed by a choice of freshly cooked hot breakfast options.
In the afternoon, a homemade cake will be waiting for you to enjoy on the sunny terrace or in the cosy lounge.
This accommodation is a must for lovers of North Devon. There is easy access to the Tarka Trail, Tapeley House, local beaches as well as the local towns of Bideford and Barnstaple. Open all year round, Instow Barton offers so much more than ‘a place to stay’.
Instow Barton is a beautiful farmhouse set in picturesque North Devon. The Bed and Breakfast opened in September 2015 after being lovingly refurbished by Caroline and Colin Hutchens, providing individually designed rooms with a contemporary feel. Our aim was to create a calm and relaxing environment for our guests to enjoy.
Complimentary afternoon tea of one of Colins' homemade cakes will be waiting for you in your room each afternoon.
All the rooms have 3000 pocket sprung mattresses, sumptuous Egyptian cotton linen, duck down and feather duvets and pillows. Additional items in the rooms are free wifi, HD TV, tea and coffee making facilities with Tregothnan tea.
The charming farmhouse is situated in peaceful rural location capturing views of the sea with the surrounding picturesque countryside. lnstow possesses all the advantage of town and country, being half-way between Barnstaple and Bideford. Ilfracombe and Westward Ho! are within easy reach.
