Aquest hotel està situat al cim del penya-segat de Jerbourg Point, amb unes vistes impressionants d'Herm, Sark, Jersey i fins i tot França en un dia clar. Hi ha 2 restaurants que serveixen peix fresc local, carns de primera qualitat a la brasa, opcions vegetarianes i especialitats de la casa. La cafeteria Cliff Top, amb terrassa assolellada, serveix una selecció de pastissos casolans, brioixeria i cafè torrat localment durant tot el dia. La piscina exterior de l'hotel està oberta de maig a setembre. Hi ha petanca disponible a la vora de la piscina. L'Hotel Jerbourg és a només un pas de pintoresques passejades pels penya-segats, a 2 minuts de la granja La Bouvée de la Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, a 10 minuts de St Peter Port i amb fàcil accés a l'aeroport de Guernsey.
