If you cancel out with 60 days you will receive a full refund less a £25 admin fee
If you cancel 60-30 days before arrival you will be charged 1 night per room.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival you will be charged 100% of the total booking. Any booking reductions within 30 days and no shows will be charged in full
