臺灣「飯店乾淨、裝修優雅看著有9成新，離St. Pancras車站很近，步行10分鐘會到；一出飯店隔一條街就是鬧區，但進飯店後很安靜；非常喜歡他們接待的櫃枱人員Joe，非常親切有禮，有問題詢問也總是耐心回覆並給予清楚的資訊；另一位早班的櫃枱人員(男性)在沒有要求下也願意幫長者提行李 (後來我們並沒有麻煩他)，不過該飯店沒有電梯，對於行李很多很大跟行動不便的人，可能要再考量。對我的話，整體而言，有機會的話未來會想要再入住該飯店！真的很感謝櫃枱人員Joe的一切協助與如朋友般親切的接待！」
