The stunning sea views from No 5 Compass in Ilfracombe make this apartment a wonderful place to stay. Having recently undergone a complete make-over with redecoration and new carpets, the apartment is a warm and cosy space for couples and families alike, even your four-legged friends as well.
We also now have our own DEDICATED PARKING SPACE with lockable bollard just a few yards from the apartment itself.
Located centrally in Ilfracombe, North Devon, it is close to some of the most wonderful beaches and coastline in the UK.
There is now a new water sports centre in Ilfracombe offering kayaking, paddle boarding, etc plus a cafe called The Lime Kiln.
There is a small secluded beach - Cheyne Beach - adjacent to the apartment and it’s ideal for swimming.
No 5 Compass has two bedrooms (with harbour views) and two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an outside balcony.
NB> The apartment is on the third floor with no lift - but the views are worth it!
I’m Julie and purchased No 5 Compass with my husband Peter in July 2022.
Centrally located near to local bars and restaurants and a short stroll away from Ilfracombe's working harbour and Damien Hirsts' Verity statue.
Ilfracombe Golf Club is just over a mile away. A sea view from every tee and their Sunday lunches are well renowned.
No 5 is within walking distance of Tunnel Beaches and The Carlton Hotel, so ideal accommodation if attending a wedding at these venues.
Also close to the Tarka Trail and the South West Coast Path for intrepid walkers!
Due to the proximity of the apartment, you can park and walk everywhere in Ilfracombe. On-street parking is restricted to one hour from 10am to 6pm during 15th March to 31st October. However, we do now have own DEDICATED PARKING SPACE with lockable bollard in Capstone Crescent, just a few yards from the apartment.
