There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio terrace with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. The gardener is on site every Friday. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
