A quiet avenue with in a 15 minute walk to Exeter Cathederal taking in Exeter Quay only 10 minutes walk. The City is vibrant with shops and restaurants. Take time to immerse yourself in the history of Rougemont Gardens which is breathtaking. With a bus route at the top of Feltrim Avenue (2 minutes) you are free to explore.
