The property is a former flat, extensively refurbished and transformed into two separate self-contained double en-suite luxury rooms in 2020.
The property is accessed via a shared flight of stairs. Once inside, the room is completely self-contained.
Situated in the heart of the picturesque North Devon village of Braunton, the high specification and attention to detail of Sleep Squires offer the affordable luxury of a boutique hotel without the formalities.
The owner’s, Michael and Cherry Squire own and run the family’s award winning business, Squires Fish Restaurant and Take Away.
With over 50 years experience in the hospitality industry, this is their first venture into accommodation but with a wealth of customer service experience, any questions, just ask!
Mike and Cherry can normally be found at work or you can contact their daughter, Jane.
North Devon has some of the best beaches and countryside the UK has to offer. The vast sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are within easy driving distance as is the stunning nature reserve of Crow Point and Braunton Burrows.
Saunton Golf Club is just a short drive away.
