Our cottages are spacious, well equipped & great for family, couple retreats or business use. Please note for bookings for business use, we only accept one adult per bedroom. We provide FREE FAST WIFI and each cottage has a private garden. A peaceful rural setting.
Our cottages are all well equipped with lovely styled touches throughout, providing you with a home from home. We provide 40 inch TV & DVD player, fast free WiFi, super comfy sofas and a fully equipped kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms.
Come discover all this great area has to offer with some fabulous local beaches, historic towns & castles and plenty of family-friendly days out to enjoy. Being only an hour away from both Newcastle & Edinburgh you can even fit in a quick city visit during your stay by hopping on the train at Berwick-Upon-Tweed or an easy connection to the A1 by car.

We love living in this area for its natural beauty, fab beaches & coastline to explore and a great place to enjoy with family & friends. Locals are friendly and there is so much to explore!
Set in a rural, peaceful location. We are situated near the village of Chirnside, the neighbouring farm to the famous racing car driver Jim Clark. Our cottages are based on what was the old farmsteading now renovated into holiday cottages.
Plenty to see and do, Jim Clark Museum, Paxton House, Floors Castle, Alnwick Castle & Gardens, close to lovely beaches such as Coldingham Bay & St Abbs. Locally you can play golf, horse ride, paddleboard, surf, cycle, walk, hike, explore the Border Abbies and Castles and much more.
