The apartment is bright and spacious with views over Swanpool Lake and nature reserve. The lounge and patio areas have views across Swanpool Lake, the Beach and across the Bay.
There is a large living area with a flat screen TV and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Oven, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee maker.
Swanpool is an area of outstanding natural beauty we are a three minute walk from the lovely sandy Swanpool beach where you will find the Beach Cafe and various water sports on offer. You can take a short stroll down to the local restaurant 'Hooked on the Rocks'. The coastal walks are easily accessible you can walk to Gyllyngvase Beach and cafe in around 15 minutes or over to Maenporth beach and cafe a slightly longer 30 minute walk they are two lovely sandy beaches. Falmouth Golf course is a ten minute walk up the road and to walk into the centre of Falmouth would take around 26 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the Town Centre and lots of independent shops. a worthwhile visit is the Maritime museum situated on the harbour front. Falmouth is well placed for exploring the whole of Cornwall.
