The guest who made the reservation must be the guest checking in for the stay.

Our family room policy maximum is one child under 12 sharing a room with two full paying adults.

Our group policy states that bookings of 5 rooms or more, as well as reservations with a large volume of bedroom nights, are classified as group bookings and are subject to our group terms and conditions. You will be contacted by our team, and failure to modify the booking to comply with our group policy may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Flexible/Pay at Property reservations will require payment on check in, card must be present and the guest must be the card holder.

In the event of cancellation or non-arrival the card provided for guarantee of a pay at property reservation will be charged the applicable cancellation fee as detailed in the terms and conditions of the booking.
