Welcome to The Annex, we really hope you will enjoy your stay so much that you visit us again and recommend us to your friends and family. The Annex is a pretty self contained one bedroom cottage attached to the back/side of our home. It comprises a spacious Small-bone of Devises kitchen which includes Rangemaster appliances, built in Oven and American style fridge freezer, a breakfast area, a conservatory / reception room which includes a small wet room with shower and loo, and to the first floor, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, the upstairs bathroom bath has a 'shower over' unit. The Annexe opens directly out to the garden from 2 sets of doors. The garden is shared with the hosts but is big enough to allow guests and hosts separate areas and outside dining options. We provide a 'starter' pack of: milk, bread, butter and assorted jams. We also have an honesty bar in the fridge to include, G&T; white wine; coke; IPA; larger and red wine on the shelf next to the fridge. We can provide emergency toothbrush, razors, first aid items on request at cost. We have provided a file of local attractions, restaurants and things to do and we really hope you enjoy your stay.
The Annex is situated on Broadway Road area of Evesham. The Annex is a lovely one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the town with the train station approximately 30 minutes walk away where guests will have easy access into London, Bristol, Birmingham and Oxford. Freeview TV is provided alongside a fully fitted kitchen, an upstairs family bathroom and a downstairs shower room. There is free parking available and well behaved dogs are welcome subject to a small additional cleaning surcharge. Historic surroundings are only a short drive away that will bring you into the heart of Cotswolds where you can visit beautiful areas and traditional villages such as Broadway, Bourton on the Water and the Campdens. Evesham is approximately 18 miles from Cheltenham and approximately 15 miles from Stratford Upon Avon.
