Located within the Dartmoor National Park, The Three Crowns is a 13th Century coaching inn with 5-star accommodation. In the heart of the small town of Chagford, the inn offers an extensive menu and free Wi-Fi. Each room at the Three Crowns boasts stylish fittings and a contemporary en suite bathroom. Rooms feature a TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and elegant fabrics. In the lounge and bar, guests will find a characterful log fire and the traditional dark wood décor of a typical country pub. Award winning St Austell ales are on draught, while meals and coffees can also be ordered. The stunning courtyard dining area has a glazed roof and serves food all day. The Three Crowns puts emphasis on sourcing ingredients locally, and guests can enjoy the chef’s creations at candlelit dinners. Fernworthy Forest and Reservoir are within a 10-minute drive, backing onto the wild expanse of Dartmoor. Exeter is 30 minutes’ drive away, providing access to the M5 and onward to Bristol.
