Situat al moll del port de Poole, The Antelope es troba a només 10 minuts amb cotxe de la platja de Sandbanks. Amb 500 anys d'història Les confortables habitacions de l'hotel també ofereixen accés gratuït a Wi-Fi. Encara conserva part de l'edifici original del segle XV i ofereix un bar tradicional amb llar de foc a l'hivern i un pati amb jardí a l'estiu. El restaurant Smuggler's, d'estil nàutic, serveix un menú de temporada extens elaborat amb ingredients locals, com ara peix acabat de pescar, així com cerveses artesanals i vins de qualitat.
