Upper Bray Cottage is a beautiful eco cottage built in the heart of the lovely village of Badby. Built to a very high standard it uses natural material finishes where possible. It has two bedrooms with a flexible sleeping layout ( two singles or super king to the master bedroom) two bathrooms one with a bath the other fitted with a power shower. There’s is a comfortable lounge and a brand new sofa bed. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools.
The property benefits from the very
latest heating technology featuring thermopave ground source heat system, giving underfloor heating throughout, and constant hot water. The property also benefits from free WiFi.

Hi I am Val Harrison and have lived in this charming village fo 20 years and cannot praise the location enough. My children have all fled the nest now but had the privilege to go to the village school and grow up here.
The village is both quiet and has an amazing central location which is within easy reach. Both the village pubs are a stroll away and offer a welcoming atmosphere with great food and real ales. Walkers are especially happy to come and visit the area as we have some excellent walks and of course the beautiful Badby woods.
There is off road parking to the private courtyard,plus additional parking in the extremely quiet cul-de-sac..
Please no large groups of workmen.
