This is our second project in the West Midlands and we are continuing to expand. As a business we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, dealing with queries as they arise.

Our location is one of our best features as we are situated on the main high street in Royal Leamington Spa, offering immediate access to restaurants, cafes and independent shops. The accommodation has been refurbished in January 2023 and we welcome pets in selected rooms. All accommodation has central heating and a kitchen area if guests prefer to cook for themselves. Rooms have large Georgian windows allowing an abundance of natural light and fresh air.

Leamington is a wonderful quintessential town renowned for its history whilst being an ideal location for visitors wishing to explore Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Historic Coventry. We are less than a stone throw away from local cafe's restaurants, pubs and bars.
