Two bedroom garden apartment with sundeck, fully equipped Kitchenette and breakfast bar, TV and fast internet, free parking, all the comforts of home There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, with twin beds, ceiling fans and is screened throughout - Ideal for up to 4 people. You have your own entrance and free parking, internet and cable TV Hot showers and a water tank for emergencies. We have warm friendly staff on premises if you need them. Linen and towels supplied. We will share our fruit with you. The main house is separate from your apartment. We are here if you need us, but will respect your privacy. Great location for getting around and as it is not on the beach you have somewhere at the end of a hot day at the beach to come to and cool off after the beach. Live like a local, most of us don't live on the beach, but we visit to swim and have fun every day we can but we always enjoy coming home to a cooler elevated location. Our apartment has most of the amenities you will require for making your stay comfortable. Morne Jaloux is a great off the beach location, 10mins driving will get you to town and to beaches on the east and west coasts. GREAT NEW SERVICE ONLINE ORDERING OF GROCERIES AND FOOD POSSIBLE - WORKS WELL!! Ask about breakfast options.
I am a gardener, flower arranger, "granny-taxi" and tour operator, but always try to have a chat with my guests to make sure they are comfortable. If you need to know anything about Grenada we are delighted to help you discover all the great places to see and visit and restaurants and activities which may be on when you visit. ! GREAT NEW SERVICE - you can order online from you favourite restaurant and they will deliver right to Smithy's Garden Apartment ! They even deliver grocery shopping too! So if you want to eat in and not cook - just order online! We can cook you breakfast for a small fee.
Claire is also a gardener and a keen flower arranger. Kayla likes to paint and Alaya like to say hi to all our new guests!
We are off the beach, the location, Morne Jaloux is a residential neighbourhood, which is off the beach but central for visiting places of interest by car or bus on the East and west coasts - Historic Fort Frederick is just a mile away. LaSagesse, St George's, Point Salines and Grand Etang are from 10 - 40 mins away. Now that you can order online from you favourite restaurants and have hot food delivered to your door, you really can stay in and eat whenever you don't want to cook!! Groceries delivered too! At 800ft above sea level, we are cooler than on the beach!
This apartment on Morne Jaloux ridge is a great location, close to the beaches and restaurant and an ideal location to use as a base to see the rest of what Grenada Carriacou and Pt Martinique have to offer. Guests who come for relaxing living island style find its perfect.
