I am Giorgi, owner and one of the hosts of our guesthouse. There are as well my mother who welcomes our guests on site and my wife who manages our bookings online and responds all your questions before arriving. After 11 years of being an emigrant in different countries, I returned to Georgia and decided to transform main part of my house into a nice guesthouse, doing so, I could start a hospitality business enjoying an international environment I feel nostalgic about after returning. You can be welcomed to our guesthouse in many languages. I myself speak English, little bit of Portuguese and Russian. My mother speaks very well Russian and my wife speaks excellent English, Italian and German. So, we are keen to welcome guest from all over the world and make them feel home.

Our guesthouse has a special location. Though it is just in walking distance from the city centre, once arrived it will feel like being in a countryside. The big garden with outdoor furniture, greenery and flowers will make your stay more peaceful and soul refreshing. For a culinary experience, we can provide BBQ grilling tools at your request and you can use our outdoor furniture to eat outside breathing the fresh air. As for the rooms, they are cosy and comfortable with private bathrooms and hygiene items in place. They are distributed in three different spaces of the property: The double budget rooms and classic triple rooms are located on the first floor of the house with shared TV/lounge room and little kitchen, whereas the Apartment with View and Balcony is on the second floor with private entrance accessible by stairs. The Cottage is a separate building in the same yard. We are enthusiastic about making our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. In addition, we try to be helpful by providing them with necessary information on interesting places to visit, local rules and etc. We are looking forward to hosting you!

There is certainly an embarrassment of choice when it comes to places to visit in Mtskheta and it applies to not only the main attractions of the city like Svetitskhoveli Cathedral or Samtavro Monastery, but also places off the beaten paths such as Armazi fortress for hiking lovers and Armaztsikhe-Bagineti archaeological site and etc. There are also number of little, but beautiful and important churches with amazing views just in walking distances from our guesthouse and a beautiful coniferous forest for a picnic.
