Eden Guest House has a gateway with a garden features accommodations ideally set in Tbilisi City, within a short distance of "East Point "shopping entertainment centre , Isani & Samgori railway station , Airport in 17 min, market & pharmacy in 7 min walk. The air-conditioned units ,equipped kitchen, feature a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, balcony and views over the garden ,city & mountains .There is a seating and a dining area in all units and garden wooden patio. if you book our room for more than 7 days you will get 1 liter of Homemade Traditional Georgian wine free of charge which i make myself. we have huge yard 540 square meters, which can hold 3-4 normal sized vehicles. we also have fireplace and access to firewood for a price just in case you would want to try homemade "mwvadi" Georgian dish we are pretty popular for, or maybe you can just watch fire and listen to its crackling under the sea of shining stars. in summer and autumn (fall) we have plants that bear fruit which can be picked by guests free of charge, these plants can be cucumbers, tomatoes, plural blackberry, plums, olive and much more. We speak your language and will try to satisfy your needs.

firstly, we Hosts are your neighbors!😉 arent you lucky? XD the neighbor behind the property is a kind Russian woman with 2 dogs, which rarely bark, so don't worry about noise. there are no neighbors to the right of the property because there needs construction to be done, currently, there is no construction work going on there at the moment, if there will be ill update this message right away, however, since Spring and Summer are coming they might start it and may cause some sound and disturbance, we shall ask them not to work until 9 am and after 9 pm so at least you be able to sleep peacefully, (only IF there will be construction).
