We are a team of young professionals, passionate about developing tourism in Georgia. We delight in meeting new people and promoting our country, in the best tradition of Georgian hospitality. Our first apartments opened in April 2017 and we have been adding new apartments and rooms ever since. Saburtalo is one of the central and most dynamic neighborhoods of Tbilisi. It is buzzing with life and offers a full range of services, hospitality and entertainment opportunities. Our apartment is just a few hundred meters from the Tbilisi city hall. All the most interesting places to visit are a stone’s throw away. Old Tbilisi can be reached by public transport, by car (or taxi, very cheap in our city) in 10 minutes. A major shopping street, Pekini Avenue, and the famous Eliava Phage Therapy Institute are within 5 minutes’ walking distance.

The ground floor of our apartment building hosts two supermarkets open 24/7, offering an ample range of groceries and pre-made dishes. Bio fruit and vegetables can be bought in a small shop right across the street. A street market is just 4 minutes’ walk from the house, selling traditional Georgian spices, fresh Georgian bread (Shotis puri), home-made honey, dried fruit, and other local products. Two nice cafés, ‘Mandarini’ and ‘Coffee and Culture’ are 2 minutes away. Many other restaurants and pubs are less than 5 minutes away. A pastry shop ‘Entrée’ is just around the corner and a pharmacy is right downstairs. Free parking is available on site. Public transport buses and small buses are going to all directions from a bus stop just across the street. Metro stations ‘Medical University’ and ‘Technical University’ are 5 minutes away.
