中国“工作人员都特别的热情，虽然没有电梯，但是帮忙拿行李上二楼，就很好！而且在晚餐点菜的时候也特别热情帮忙介绍格鲁吉亚特色美食，搜出图片介绍，给了很好的建议。早上可以送到缆车站，而且还有很实用的关于雪场和雪道的建议。酒店还有接送机服务，很方便。”
