A new fully furnished apartment, built in 2023 located at Oyarifa. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The Apartment has a roof terrace with a view of the Aburi hills. A summer hut is located on the grounds and there are coconut, lemon, avocado, and Mango trees on the property. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
The host lives in the main house located on the property.
10 minutes drive to the University of Ghana, 20 minutes drive to the Accra Mall. 15 minutes drive to Aburi and 35 minutes drive to Accra City Center (more travel time should be allocated during rush hour)
