This property is close to the beach, on a high floor and faces the beach and the sea with scenic views of sunrise and sunset. It is close to the airport (about 20 minutes walk), close to Ocean Village (about 15 minutes walk), close to Main Street (about 20 minutes walk). The place is equipped with wifi, kitchen, washing machine, iron, tea, coffee and sugar, kettle, toaster, microwave and more. There is a Fresco restaurant on the ground floor serving great food and drinks. There is also a Spa and gym in the basement (not free). Is a great relaxing place, quite and peaceful. The studio is large enough for one or two people sharing. There is a small balcony where you can sit outside and look at the beach and sea. The studio contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, cooker, plates, utensils, hair dryer - essential items required for short and long term rental. If you are fortunate to book Friday to Sunday, there is free parking from 3.30pm to Sunday midnight at the MOT Test Centre between E1 and the beach (just behind the small roundabout). Otherwise you will need speak to concierge about paid parking with E1 during the weekdays. There are many studios in E1, but this should be one of the better ones as it is on a high floor (away from the busy road) and the studios also face the beach and sea. One guest who has stayed in my studio and a different studio in August 2025 commented that she preferred mine due to the higher floor and the views.

My name is Soe, I started off renting the E1 studios to long term tenants but when the tenancy ended in March 2025, I decided to give short lets a go! I did not realise how much work is involved in liaising with guests, cleaners, buying stock and keeping things moving! On top of that, I have to deal with the different travel platforms too! This is not my main job. I was a developer for quite a while and then for the last 8 years I have been teaching GCSE Mathematics online since 2017. I am also a qualified level 3 personal trainer too , but I don't have time to get into this as I am so busy with teaching maths and managing the Airbnbs in Gibraltar)! I used to read a lot of thrillers so have left some thriller books in 1808 and 1807. My main aim is to make sure all guests enjoy their stays and I am around most of the time (online) to deal with any requests. Currently, I only own and run two studios in the E1, but shortly I will also own two more in Citihomes on the same road but closer to the airport and Ocean Village. I hope I don't acquire any more as I know having 3 studios and a 2-bed apartment is going to really keep me busy from 2026 onwards!

It is on a main road but a few minutes walk to the Eastern Beach. Ocean Village is 15 minutes walk away, Airport around 20 minutes walk and Main Street around 20 minutes walk, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Some convenience shops opposite the road, there is a gym across the road and to the right, a fresco restaurant on the ground floor and a Spa and gym in the basement. As the studios are on a high floor, it is very quiet here. The French doors when shut keep all the sound out. There is parking spot close to E1 at the MOT Test Centre (but it is only free the entire weekends and Bank Holidays and free between 3.30pm and midnight weekdays), You can park at the E1 but you need to speak to the concierge as there will be a cost for parking (note that the reservation of the room does not come with any parking).
