For over 30 years now, 7 PALMS APARTS HOTEL consists – as its name implies- an oasis of genuine Rhodian Hospitality.
The building was initially designed for permanent residences, therefore both studios and apartments are spacious (35m2- 45m2) and fully equipped, for those who desire self catering accommodation.
Modern bathrooms in contrast with the original 80’s kitchen tiles, handmade wooden furniture with modern fabrics and comfortable anatomic mattresses, flat screen TVs hanging opposite hand painted artworks, numerous antiques of the family scattered around in common areas, are only some of the features that create a post modern retro and yet heart-warming atmosphere.
This is the result of two major renovations, with respect not only to the history of the hotel, but also to the heritage of the city.
Originating from their love for the island -and being “travellers” themselves- the vision of the owners, Mr Manolis and his successor Vasilis , is that every single guest is welcome and treated the way an old friend would. Our desire is that we treat each and every one of our guests just as our grandparents taught us…”offering to our visitor the best we have”! Our endeavor is to make them feel like… home, no matter whether they are alone or with family and friends, on a long vacation or a short stay, on holidays or on a business trip… Our ambition is that after their stay in one of our apartments, studio flats or suites, they will remember 7 PALMS APARTMENT HOTEL as an oasis…away from the touristy part of the city, yet ideally located for day excursions and evening promenades. Our wish is that they become friends of Rhodes and of course of 7 PALMS HOTEL APARTMENTS and that we will have the pleasure to welcome them over and over again!!!
The hotel is located at the landmark area of “Epta Vagies” (7 PALMS), in the non-touristy part of the city, but at the same time within walking distance from the important sites, like the old town, the ancient stadium and the Temple of Apollo, the Rodini Park and the new marina. It lies at the edge of one of the classic Rhodian neighborhoods (marasia), and it therefore comprises an ideal choice for those who want to experience the authentic. Big super markets and small corner shops, bakeries and pastry shops, traditional restaurants,fast foods and coffee shops, beauty and hair salons, banks, pharmacies and doctors, as well as any kind of commercial shops are there for one to mix with the locals and get the essence of the daily island life. Regarding transportation, there is a taxi station and a bus station only some meters away from the hotel.
All these information is included, in detail, in a leaflet that is being distributed to the hotel guests free of charge.
