This house, is in a beautiful corner of the property, & totally independent form the main house, where we live. Has its own terrace, perfect for a suntan & ideal to enjoy all daily meals. Right in front is an outside (warm/cold) shower, which is best having at night while staring at the stars. The view from the terrace and the living room/kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Looks on a pine-tree forest across the hill. The kitchen, fully equipped, has all needed even for a long stay. The bathroom, spacious & well ventilated, has a shower and a large wardrobe. Overall the house is very cozy, peaceful and quiet & especially made for guests who want to relax on their holidays. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here. Please have in mind that we have 2 dogs in the property. They are super friendly & sweet. Nevertheless let as know if you have any certain issues with pets & be sure that we will find a solution.

Airport distance 15’ drive. Port distance 3’ drive. There are several beautiful beaches with crystal clear water that are between 5’-10’ drive(30’-45’ walk). Closest beach is Rafinas, 3’ drive(20’ walk). There is Rafina's blue heart, Paralia Kokkino Limanaki, Loutsa’s looong sandy beach with it’s many windsurf Clubs. Schinias wonderful beach is 25’ drive, with it’s unique natural beach & forest protected by UNESCO. The center of Rafina, 20’ walk, has a nice market with all types of shops. Beautiful Tavernas serve excellent food with fresh fish at its finest! Driving downtown to discover Athens takes about 20-30 min. 10-20’ min walk from the house are bus stations for all directions.
