In a small and quiet building, without an elevator, there is a comfortable and small, fully renovated attic, on the 3rd floor. The attic consists of 2 rooms (30 sq.m.) and has a closed terrace. To enter the main room, you have to go through a small door that resembles the entrance to a wonderful Hobbit's house. The height of the door is 1.30 meters. For someone who can't bend over, maybe you should reconsider staying at our house. The neighborhood is very lively, at the foot of the Roman Castle of Patras, 5 minutes walk from the city center, the port and the bus station. Everything, restaurants, bars, banks groceries, is very easily accessible.

It's unbelievable that there is such a quiet neighborhood in the center of the city! In 5' on foot you are in the day and night life of the city. The castle, the port and the bus station are a breath away from the house!
