The Amazing Apartment is located, in a very peaceful neighborhood of Vouliagmeni, within a 5 minutes walking distance from the main beach and 5 to 20 minutes from a big variety of smaller beaches for all tastes. It was renovated by the end of 2017 and it is fully furnished and equipped. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a confortable living room with two double bed sofas and two properly furnished balconies, ideal for relaxation, overlooking a pine trees garden. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, cuttlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The apartment is fully airconditioned. The boiler provides hot water all day long. Wi-Fi is available ensuring continuous internet connectivity. There’s also a lot of free parking space next to the building. The house is suitable for 2-4 guests, with the ability to host two additional people in cases of families with three or four children.

The neighborhood is a quite and safe residential area, very close to the crystal clear beach and Vouliagmeni lake. In short walking distance you can find a pharmacy, a super market, a bakery, banks, bars, cafes, restaurants, sushi bars, water sports and diving school, the Nautical Club of Vouliagmeni, parks, tennis courts and a summer cinema. Every Saturday an open market is set up in the main street by local farmers offering a huge variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The distance to Athens city centre and to Athens airport is less than 20 Kms.
