’ Appartment is located in a tranquil and serene part of town with only minutes walk to the Old Town with its historic and Venetian architecture, churches, squares, restaurants and vibrant shops.
The apartment measures 160 sq.m boasting understated luxury and elegance.
The views from terraces that overlook Garitsa Bay, dotted with yachts and boats, are breath-taking and spectacular.
There are three large ensuite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a separate WC and utility room.
L’ Appartment features a large, sumptuous living space, with luxurious and contemporary gloss kitchen and Corian worktops comprising of :
