Experience moments of relaxation and close contact with nature in the Aspra Chomata Villas (White Soil Villas). The Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent residences of 50 sq. m. each.
They are built in an estate of five acres overgrown with perennial olive trees in boho chic Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of earthy rustic element.
The houses are identical and consist of a ground floor with a courtyard of 20 sqm and a first floor with a balcony of 20 sqm. The floors are connected to each other by a stone staircase. The bed, the bathroom as well as the kitchen which is fully equipped are built." There is air conditioning in every room. In the bedroom there is a decorative fireplace.
Both villas have unobstructed sea views (Karystos Bay) both from the balcony and through the bedroom. In the surrounding area between and under the olive trees there are five small stone zen gardens with aromatic plants such as lavender, verbena, oregano, marjoram, sage, etc.
The stone architecture and aesthetics of the surrounding area creates in the visitor an immediate sense of relaxation and intimacy.
The houses are 1.5 km away from Karystos.
