Situated in Kato Gouves within 700 metres of Gouves Beach and 3.9 km of Cretaquarium Thalassocosmos, AVENA Suites features accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and a kitchen. AVENA Suites was founded in 2025 as a family-run hospitality project with a passion for genuine service and relaxed island living. We currently manage 10 apartments, including cozy studios for couples and spacious family units with two bedrooms. Our small team – Titos & Shurla and our young family – lives on-site during the season and is personally available to assist our guests. We take pride in offering a welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable spaces.
