AVENA Suites was founded in 2025 as a family-run hospitality project with a passion for genuine service and relaxed island living. We currently manage 10 apartments, including cozy studios for couples and spacious family units with two bedrooms.
Our small team – Titos & Shurla and our young family – lives on-site during the season and is personally available to assist our guests. We take pride in offering a welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable spaces.

Welcome to AVENA Suites – your peaceful retreat on the island of Crete. Our charming, family-run property is tucked away in a quiet area of Kato Gouves, just a short walk from the beach, and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
In 2025, all apartments were upgraded with brand-new mattresses and modern air-conditioning units to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. Each unit is thoughtfully designed – simple, stylish, and cozy – ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking genuine comfort and calm.
