• Kournas Lake : Koyrnas is one of the few natural lakes of Crete. A place of extreme beauty, known in the antiquity as “Korissia Lake” . Distance : 4 km from Georgioupoli.
• Argiroupolis Springs: A small settlement located on a foothill, full of natural springs and small waterfalls. Ancient city Lappa was located there. Tips: You can see there a small chapel carved in stone, in which a small stream is passing though. Location: You follow the highway to Rethymno and about 10 km from Georgioupoli you turn left. After 6 km you will reach Argyroupolis.
• Kalivaki Beach: Kalivaki beach is located just one km from Morfi Village. It is a small beach with natural springs in the sea, ideal for kids, very clean and intensively beautiful. Location: You drive to Georgioupolis, after 1 km from Morfi Village, you turn left.
