We may not be a hotel, which means that there is no room service or day by day cleaning of the rooms - nonetheless the apartment will be extremely clean upon the time of your arrival and it is up to your hand to keep it free from dirt - but we make sure to provide you all the sheets and towels you may need. Need more or want to wash your laundry? There is a washing machine inside, plus complimantary sample of tablets, if you want to use. Look at the bright side. No one will bother you during your staying – it will be like you have your own personal vacation house! Rental Agreement - Safety Rules // Smoking isn’t allowed. // To avoid additional charges, the followings are disclosed: 1. Please do not throw papers or any other objects in the toilet bowl - there is a special tray for garbage collection in the bathroom. 2. The white towels of each apartment are for exclusive use within the spaces of the apartment and note that sunblock and makeup destroy them. 3. Please do not separate the key from the power card in any circumstances. For safety reasons and/or to avoid any possibility of fire, the apartment should NOT have electricity when no one is inside. 4. For hygiene reasons please do not forget to get rid of all of your garbage (including the ones in the special tray for papers at the bathroom) and clean the kitchenette in case you have used it (cleaning of leftover food, washing dishes, glasses and cutlery, emptying the fridge and general cleaning around the kitchen stoves if necessary), since the cleaning crew asks extra cleaning fee than the usual for these tasks to avoid being charged a cleaning fee. 5. Please place the used towels in the laundry basket which could be found inside the closet for the cleaning crew to send them to a professional washing machine for deep cleaning. In case some towel(s) or the bathroom mat is wet you should hang them on the clothes rack and the cleaning crew will take care of the rest along with the sheets. 6. No visitors allowed or different persons staying beside the ones at the check-in are permitted inside the apartment - you could be charged for them as extra persons staying. 7. The A/C works in specific preset temperatures according to the official guidelines to reduce the carbon footprint for the protection of the environment. 8.Housekeeping services aren't provided according to the greek law, however extra towels and sheets could be found inside the closet of the apartments.©
