Newly renovated 2-bedroom flat located on the 1st floor, in the most central area of Kefalonia—Argostoli—just steps away from everything! This stylish apartment offers the highest quality amenities and boasts breathtaking, wide-angle sea views from its private top-floor terrace on the 2nd floor. The view stretches from the iconic De Bosset Stone Bridge all the way to the west end of the gulf.
The flat features both indoor and outdoor dining areas, one bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, making it the perfect base for guests wanting to stay in the heart of Kefalonia’s capital.
The private terrace is divided into two sections—each dedicated to a separate apartment and separated by a fence for privacy. Each section includes a 5x3m pergola, dining table for 6, and 2 sun loungers, all with separate private entrances.
