ATTRACTIONS CLOSE BY Visit Ancient Thira, an excavation site located on “Mesa Vouno” hill on 365m height from sea level with a spectacular view to Kamari and Perissa. The site is dated before the main volcanic eruption in the 17th century B.C. Swim on Kamari Beach which consists of peddles and sand originated from a volcanic eruption where there is always a variety of sea sports to do like scuba diving, jet ski, and so on. See a movie at the Open Air Cinema that adds a new flair at Cola and Pop Corn, just driving a few minutes away from Kamari village.
