A great place to spend your holidays! the house is located 30 meters from the best beach on the island !! It has two bedrooms, bathroom, spacious living room, dining room, lounge-bar and a spacious kitchen! Within the ample amenities include wireless wi-fi network !! Finally, if our guests choose to dine in one of the three best restaurants (awarded by the trip advisor 4,5 / 5), which is located on the ground floor of our studio, we will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Greek and not only - kitchen with the discount of 10% on the total amount of the value of the meal !!
My name is Chris . Kefalonia is birthplace of my mother and I'm very attached to this place !! Most of my holidays to spend there and my memories are the best . in addition to that, i am studying at the Physics Department of the University of Athens and I love music ( piano , vocals) and travel !!
The property is located in the most beautiful neighborhood in the region. It is almost on the sea, in the central square with perennial trees and the beautiful pine forest. Whatever you need you can have it in no time .. The property is 20 meters from super market, very close to the oven, and pharmacy. People are very hospitable, eager and warm! The only thing you need is to enjoy your holidays!!
