The long and strong friendship between Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, executive chef of Katikies Group, and exceptional chef Nikos Pouliasis is being asserted through this amazing collaboration, which has come to raise the bar regarding Cycladic fine dining and reestablish Koukoumavlos as one of Greece’s leading restaurants. Katikies Lounge Joyful and vibrant tones stand out against the whitewashed Cycladic scenery in a setting of unmistakable design and sophisticated luxury on one of Santorini’s most privileged locations. Aperitivo Bar Sunset is the most magical hour of the day all over Greece, but when on Santorini the word “magic” cannot begin to describe the actual feeling of utter bliss burning in your very soul. The location is ideal to explore the island. The island’s capital Fira Town is only 20 minutes walk from the hotel. A great number of restaurants, shops and bars can be found nearby.
