Emi Seaside is more than just a place to stay – it’s a space filled with history, tradition, and genuine hospitality that has evolved over the years to offer a unique accommodation experience. Located in Amoudara, a long, organized sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag and close to Heraklion, it is ideal for couples, families, and anyone seeking a vibrant seaside atmosphere. Since 1994, when our family opened Emi Seaside, we have been committed to delivering top-quality service with the warmth of Cretan hospitality. What began with 12 apartments has grown, thanks to our guests’ trust and wonderful feedback, into 27 rooms and suites, all newly renovated in 2025, complete with a private pool and an exclusive beach area for our guests. The consistent quality of our services has led to long-term collaborations with tour operators from Central Europe and Greece, and Emi Seaside has become a popular choice for Erasmus students from the University of Crete. About 95 to100% of our electricity comes from solar panels, and we follow a recycling and responsible waste management program. All hot water is produced using solar heaters and electricity, making Emi Seaside a green and energy-efficient accommodation.
