The apartment is located at Pasalimani Piraeus. The apartment is just reconstructed and renovated. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, by using the elevator you reach the 6th floor and then by the stairs you will arrive at the apartment. The apartment is placed in a unique location, provides guests the privilege to enjoy both privacy and a breathtaking sea view.
The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Restaurants and cafeterias are located near the house. Also there is a gas station 20m. away from the house, providing parking spots at affordable prices. Additionally, close to the house, it is located a supermarket, a patisserie, a bakery and a pharmacy. Thus, public transportation is available almost all around the area that the apartment is located.
