Featuring a garden, bar and views of sea, Evoikos beach & resort is located in Livanátai, 100 metres from Livanates Beach. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides room service and a housekeeping service for guests. Certain units in the guest house have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. Featuring a private bathroom, units at the guest house also provide guests with free WiFi, while selected rooms include a terrace. At the guest house, some units are soundproof. There is a coffee shop and lounge. Activities such as skiing, cycling, fishing can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. Guests can also warm themselves near outdoor fireplace after a day of hiking. Agios Konstantinos Port is 22 km from the guest house. Skiathos Airport is 119 km away.

The accommodation Evoikos was established in 2004 by the Makri family on the beach of Livanates Fthiotida. It is a lovely little hotel right on the beach. The hotel consists of nine (9) wonderful modern rooms with two and three beds and all have sea view , view of the garden and the street below. Facilities include a large green garden that offers wonderful relaxing hours throughout the day in the café , the restaurant and the lounge patio. We can also host social events and wedding receptions. In our restaurant you will taste traditional Greek cuisine with all the dishes to our own preparation. All services have a family and friendly character.
