We take pride of this small family & friends business which was created by friends and family members who joined forces in 2018 to establish this small scale hospitality team in order to help cope with the problematic situation caused by the economic recession in Greece back at the time (and still unfortunately..) Interior design is our passion! Furniture and paintings have been designed by the hosts and offer a unique style. Far from the Universal IKEA style which you can find in most of the hotels we offer 4 uniquely designed apartments to offer a personalised and distinctive touch. Each of our four apartments is uniquely designed. We endeavour to treat the people who trust us for their holidays as GUESTS not as clients, and we therefore offer a personalised, service. The person in charge of communication and for handing you the keys is Kostantina. The cleaner's name is Sotiria and the external driver we are using is Dimitris, all three of us will make sure you have a great stay!

We are only 12 minutes walk to Acropolis!!! 5 beautifully simple and arty apartments. The smaller ones (studio room +deluxe) are 38 sq. metres, two of them are 44 square metres open design flats and the fourth one is a two-bedroom 74 sq.metres apartments which has two separate bedrooms. Make sure that you book the 'two bedroom apart' if you want to have two separate bedrooms. The location is one of the BEST, most convenient and centrally-located neighbourhoods in the HEART of Athens between 'Monastiraki- and 'Plaka'. We are located in a lively-trendy area. You will not have to go to the centre of Athens because you will be actually living in the centre of all the sightseeing Athenian spots! All of the five apartments come with basic cooking facilities and air condition. Our five apartments are located in a well-maintained elevator/no doorman building on the second, third and fourth floor of the same building. Each apartment has big windows that allow for lots of natural light to enter through! They've got an eclectic, modern vintage style decor and a kitchenette with breakfast-bar seating ceramic hobs to prepare basic meals. - A full bathroom with classic design.

Agias Irinis square is place that will introduce you to the most hip aspect of Athens, in the historic centre. This little square, stretches around the church with the same name above the central Athinas street, in the vicinity of Monastiraki district. The old draper shops of the area were turned into trendy all-day spaces that are constantly crammed with people. The neighborhood is an awesome shopping district with all the stores and restaurants and everything you need within arms' reach. The flat is 300 metres away from Monastiraki train station which is a direct line that serves both the International Airport and the port of Piraeus that takes you to the islands. Acropolis, Parthenon, Syntagma square, the Parliament, and all the city's classic sights are all right at your fingertips. Our apartments are situated in the most central and safe district of Athens surrounded by pedestrian streets so you can reach all the touristic places on foot.
