Georgiannas Group is an idea of our family that has grown for a long time and after years of experience with rental apartments as well as in the tourist industry. We are striving to offer each guest the comfort, luxury and hospitality that we ourselves would like to experience during our own holidays. ​ Our family has successfully been active in the restaurant sector for 15 years and over 24 years in the construction business. the rental villas and suites were created from zero with the intention to create a design which makes our guests feel welcomed, at home and comfortable throughout their holidays.

Each of the two suites is 65sqm and consists of a living room, full kitchen, 1 master bedroom with a retro bathtub. The covered outdoor space/patio is 15sqm and equipped with a lounge area, 2 sun beds and a private outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Messinian gulf and the Mani on the opposite side. Peroulia beach is a short 10 minutes walk or a few minutes by car. Both suites have free wi-fi and air-conditioning. About Area messinia There are many interesting places to see around Koroni and the georgiannas suites are ideally located to explore the area and relax. We have grouped these by towns / places of interest, historic sites, and beaches. Towns / places of interest Koroni: "One of the most picturesque villages in Greece", and this is no exaggeration. The village climbs with white houses and stepped lanes to the Venetian castle and its monastery which form a dramatic backdrop to the village. There is a wide choice of tavernas, bars and patisseries as well as banks, post office , internet facilities and supermarket. Methoni: Around 25Km from Koroni/Peroulia on the opposite side of the peninsula from Koroni. Like Koroni, it has a Venetian castle and attractive old villas. ​ ​ Finikounda: 15Km from Koroni/Peroulia, this fishing village is renowned for watersports and is a favourite for windsurfers. Boat hire and diving is available here. ​ ​ Pylos: A port town with a large central square filled with cafes and restaurants. Boat tours and private hire are available from the waterfront.
