Glamour is a furnished house in the gulf of Patras overlooking the Rio – Antirrio bridge, 20 minutes from Patras and 25 minutes from the golden beach of Kalogria surrounded by the forest of Strofilia, a national park of 22,000 acres protected by the Ramsar Convention and the Network Natura. Enervillas has everything villas should offer, but it is also sustainable.Any visitor will feel that if you design a building according to passive house principles and use the energy of sun and earth (PV and solar panels ) you have maximum thermal comfort and quality of air with minimum maintenance and building cost while you produce more energy than you consume protecting the environment you live in.
