Gray Swan is a bright apartment, on the 4th floor of a new building in a quiet neighborhood of central Volos, a short distance from the beach 500m., the market 500m., the city museums and the Panthessaliko stadium 2.7km. The air-conditioned apartment includes 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washer-dryer, living room with corner sofa bed (sleeping area 149x195cm), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hob, oven, and many other appliances. It also has a dining room, a private sunny balcony one on the front and one on the back of the apartment overlooking the city and the mountain. It offers free private parking. Guests also have a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix connection. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, bed linen, a security box and a rich breakfast are provided.

The Metamorfosi district is located near the city center which makes easier the movement to it. The neighborhood doesn’t have noise, doesn’t have much traffic and many passers-by.
