My name is Dimitra, I am a historian and I live with my husband George who is a civil engineer in the house next to the apartments that we are offering. Please feel free to ask us anything about the property or Samos in general!
We are within 2 minutes to the nearest beach by car or bike & 10 mins foot, though our location just off the newly built roadway allows easy drives/rides to highly recommended and incredibly beautiful beaches!
The location is close to the town, but in an area well above the other homes which provides a peaceful quiet as well as the great views. It is close enough to walk to the town center which offers nice tavernas, the nightlife of Samos, markets, etc.
