Helliniko Studio located 900 meters from the port of Parikia. Just 90 meters from Helliniko Studio you will find the first beach of parikia "Livadia". Near Helliniko Studio you will find cafeterias, bakery, mini market and several and diferent type of tavernas and restaurants.
Helliniko Studio is surrounding from a beautifull garden with trees and many fruits that you may enjoy at any time.
I am Manos, and i am in the tourist hospitality indusrty from the age of 15. What i know best is to make my guests explore the island in the best way and make them feel like we knew each other for ever....
The area around Helliniko Studio is a quiet and nice walking area.... Is very safe since we the the hotels side of the city! you will find greek tavernas, italian restaurants and international restaurants just 3 minutes away from Helliniko Studios. Very vlose to us you will be able to find bakery store, mini market and a gym for not miss your personal training.
The closest beach "Livadia" is just 90 meters from Helliniko Studio and just 150 meters further you will find the second beach.....
