Featuring free WiFi throughout, the family-run Homely Studios are just 90 metres from Agia Paraskevi Beach in Chios. They offer self-catering accommodation decorated in blue and white tones. Free private parking is available on site. Fitted with a fan, all studios of Homely come with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a mini fridge. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the sea or garden. There is a shared lounge where breakfast is served, and a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas at Homely Studios. A children's playground and a garden are available. Our aim is to make every client to feel very comfortable. From the moment of check in we explain everything about the island, where to go for sightseeing, what to eat or drink and we answer to all enquiries our guests have.

Clients tell us that they feel like their house and with many of them we become good friends. Some of them when they come again they even bring us gifts which is a tremendous feeling.

The area is calm and the Hotel is located in front of the sea. During the summer we have the beach of Agia Paraskevi (with blue flag) 90m away from us. In the morning or afternoon it is relaxing to stroll seaside till Daskalopetra. During Easter 3km away from us, at Vrontados, the rocket war between the churches of Agios Markos and Panagia Erithiani takes place.
