Our property is situated on the waterfront in Avlemonas. Each villa has a balcony or terrace both in the front and back taking advantage our unique location and sea views. The suites have access to the communal garden and sun beds overlooking the sea.
Our suites define simple luxury and are equipped to a high standard. They include Free Wifi, fully equipped kitchens with ovens, Nespresso machines and toasters. The bathrooms are supplied with Korres Natural Products toiletries. Each suite has a flat screen in the main bedroom as well as blue tooth speakers. In addition to linen and towels we also supply bath robes, slippers and beach towels to make your stay more enjoyable. The linen is changed every three days.
The Erato Suite is on the ground floor accessible by a few steps.
The Myrto Suite on the upper level and has a washing machine for your convenience. It is accessible by stairs.
Avlemonas village also known as the beauty of Kythera has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. You can take a swim directly in front and the back of our property. There are restaurants, a cafe and a mini market within 1 minute walking distance. A jazz bar sits directly next to our property.
