The property is a fully renovated studio of approximately 40 sqm located in the central block of flats overlooking the port of Kavala. It has a private toilet with shower cabin, its own equipped kitchen (kitchenware, kettle, induction hob, coffee makers, kettle, microwave), lounge with sofa that turns into a double bed and TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe with a mirror. Both the bedroom and the living room overlook the magnificent view of Kavala harbor. On the balcony there are armchairs, chairs and tables for a great summer dinner or breakfast overlooking the sailboats in the marina.

I am a civil engineer, born in Kavala. I love good food and quality entertainment. It makes me happy and gives me pleasure when I see that people who I work with or interact with are glad with my performance, wether this happens in my work, or in secondary activities such as hospitality. I am available to visitors for any information they need about the area, the city's nightlife, catering, various cultural events, beaches, and ways to and from the city. I have a car if I need to pick you up somewhere in town on arrival, for free. Also upon request we make sure to find and keep a free parking space on the street near the property.

It doesn't get more central. Next to you will find bars, cafes, restaurants, taverns as well as banks, supermarkets. The ferry to Thassos and Lemnos, Mytilene is a three-minute walk, as is the intercity bus. Nearby there are taxi lanes and city bus stops running across the city. The castle of Kavala is a ten-minute walk away. The arches of the aqueduct are within three minutes. The main square of the city one minute and another one for the promenade with cafes and taverns.
