Salamis Island is the nearest island from Athens. Quick communication with the Piraeus Port within 30 minutes by speedboat (every hour) and 24 hours link by ferryboat ( every quarter of an hour). By car you can go to the Athens Airport in only 1 hour. On the island you can go by bus or taxi. I recommend booking a car.
